AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to enhance CV content. You understand that:

  • AI suggestions are based on your input and may require review
  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content
  • AI output should be reviewed before submitting to employers
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using AI features

Payments and Subscriptions

For paid features:

  • Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency when available
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, please contact us at support@cvcreator.app.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CV Creator and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our templates, design elements, and branding may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CV CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

  • Service interruption or computer damage
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
